This notice covers the email address you give when you ask for a free copy of Military Calisthenics for Women Over 50 or its companion pack — on this website or through a form on Facebook or Instagram.

Who is responsible

What is collected

• Your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it.
• The date and time you asked, and the IP address the request came from, so that your consent can be proved later.
• Which form you used (website, Facebook or Instagram).

Nothing else. No payment details, no health information.

What it is used for

• To send you what you asked for: the book or the companion pack.
• To tell you the date when the book is free on Amazon, and occasionally something else about the book that is worth your time.

You will never be asked to leave a review as a condition of anything. The book is yours whatever you do.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything sent before.

Who else handles it

• MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania) stores the list and sends the emails.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and passes the form to MailerLite.
• Meta Platforms, if you used a form on Facebook or Instagram: Meta collects that form under its own privacy policy and makes it available to us.

Your address is never sold, rented or shared with anyone else.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe. After that the address is removed from the active list; a record that you unsubscribed may be kept so that you are not added again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the contact address above. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. If you are in the EU you may also complain to your data protection authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
